The WS01 cutting rotor is made of special hardened tool steel, which is corrosion resistant, wear resistant and high sharpness. It is usable for unfilled polymers, such as polyester (PET), elastomers (TPU, TPE), styrene (ABS) and other virgin polymers.
The WS02 cutting rotor is also made of hardened tool steel, which is not corrosion resistant compared to WS01. Therefore, it is only recommended for the production of recycling industry.
Suitable for all major pelletzers on the market, such as Maag Automatik, Maag Scheer, Coperion, IPS and so on.
Custom-made rotors are avaiable upon request.
